• I love CryoRVA. It is the best and the people there are great. I recommend any athlete come and have a session. You will feel amazing.

• In my first visit to CryoRVA I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had seen the treatments being done on athlete’s on various social media pages but just for my personal account wasn’t sure how it would go. The staff was extremely warm and friendly from the time I came in until the time I left. Every member was very welcoming as well as informative making sure I understood every step of the treatment. The diligence and attention to detail was great and the treatment itself was a pleasant experience. I recommend anyone, whether in the area regularly or on occasion, to stop in and check them out!

• Happy to. I had 2 herniated discs and had tried everything to get better, nothing made much of a difference until I discovered Cryotherapy. It made a difference the first time and is a weekly event that I look forward to. At 65, I was afraid the pain was here to stay, but after 3 months of once a week, I am working out at the gym regularly and doing all the activities I enjoy with no restrictions.

• When I arrived to my appointment, I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous especially when I saw the large machine. I have to say the staff was very informative and made me feel at ease. The process wasn't long and not bad as I thought. Today, I woke up without pain in my legs or feet. It works. I have schedule another appointment. This is my new go to for pain treatments.

• My first time going and it was an awesome experience!! Ava was great explaining how the process went and talking me through my first full body cryotherapy treatment. It was cold!!!!! I would recommend it to anyone because it was painless and really works!
