• Start to finish excellent: warmly greeted, comfortable procedure room, Alice explained the procedure and the process thoroughly, I felt safe and not judged, after care instructions were clear. I went straight to my gym and a sauna after, so I appreciate the suggestion that I do that. I saw a visible difference this morning. I taught five pilates classes in a shirt that I usually wear a hoodie over because that shirt clings a little bit more to my abs than I'd like it to. Today I didn't need the hoodie. Seriously. I'm pretty confident in front of a class, but today I felt even more so. I'm so grateful and looking forward to my next session. Cheers, friends! And many thanks to Alice😎
