• The specialist on site was great and walked me through my first visit like a total pro. I'm from Michigan and have spent some pretty rough winters freezing so I was nervous about feeling a panicky cold, but with her guidance that feeling of panic lasted less than 30 seconds. The benefits were immediate. I did feel great for the rest of the day and slept harder than usual- which matters for someone with insomnia and bouts of sleep paralysis. And I still feel good today. I can't wait to go back.
