• Rob, the owner is great! Very informative and took the time to find out what would workbest for me. Tailored my needs around what they offer and applied. I never feel as though they are just trying to get my money by offering applications that aren't the best for my situation. I literally limped and hobbled/struggled to get in their doors due to extreme soreness/pain from playing competitive sports the previous evening! I walked out feeling completely different, still sore but the pain had decreased 80%. The next day I was basically pain free! I am a believer, but most importantly I trust the CryoFit team led by Rob!!
