• It was amazing! I wasn't totally sold on it when I walked out, (I actually thought, wow, did I just spend money on that?!) -- but I'm so glad that I did! • Staff is ALWAYS ready no matter when you arrive to take care of you. The facility is super clean and has a very relaxing environment. Heather puts her personal touch in every interaction. I have been going here for over 2 years to help me heal from surgery.. and it did, 3x faster. The Vitamin shots are a great compliment to my workouts as well.

• I thought the cryofit took the edge off my rusty old 46 yr. old knees. I also think it made me "mellow" and relaxed in a very good way for the remainder of the day---kind of like a natural xanax, but without the negatives associated with a drug!
