• A week before I came in I called to get more information because I've been interested in preventative health and wellness and had lots of questions. Katrina was amazing. She took almost 15 minutes explaining and answering all of my questions. Her passion for her line of work and clients was evident. I didn't feel like I was just  and I really appreciated that. Not to mention, the place was clean, organized and very relaxing. The infrared sauna was so relaxing and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I will absolutely be back.
