• Cryo Wellness Health is very clean and provides a relaxing environment. The staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable right away! I've never had sauna treatments before and didn't know what to expect. I've been pleasantly surprised how effective it's been as a pain reliever due to inflammation and again very relaxing! I'm definitely implementing this as part of my regular regime.

• This was my first visit to Cryo Wellness as well as my first time experiencing Infrared Sauna. Though i don't remember her name, the front desk tech was very polite and went over the process with me and made me feel really comfortable. I was completely​ satisfied with my sauna experience. I had a great sweat burned alot of Calories and cant wait to return for my next session.
