After weeks of dealing with delayed onset muscle soreness from a heavy training regimen, I decided to give Cryo Recovery a try. Once I started to consistently visit for Cryo treatments (~4 times/week), I noticed that I no longer felt sore and that I wake up less during the night. Definitely worth a shot if you are still active, but no longer recover as fast as you used to.Clint P.
