Josh, end everyone for that matter, was very personable, down to earth and was able to articulate knowledge to me in a way that was easy to comprehend. Josh explained the course, and it's curriculum, in an easily understandable and organized fashion that demonstrated how the individual learning curve would progress. One can see how each lesson will progress via the curriculum without having to wonder.
