  • Everyone's ego is checked at the door , you can Really tell , people are friendly introducing themselves to me being new , jay is gonna make a great CrossFit coach he is a regular member but he was very down to earth and welcoming . The coaches make sure your pushed while staying safe to help you find your % difficulty weights , and strong encouragement throughout workout
