• Jez doesn't do a bad job really! On a less sarcastic note I find the PT to be very well suited / tailored to my specific needs / requirements. Any injury is taken into account and managed accordingly. I also don't find the environment to be pretentious in any way, which is real pet hate for standard gyms, and has always steered me away from those sort of practices!
