• The folks at Crew Core have changed my life. I have never been an athlete, and have absolutely hated working out my whole life. (I was the 6 yr old kid they put in the soccer goal because I refused to run). Being a part of Crew Core has changed all that, and I actually look forward to going everyday! Yano and Jose are great at explaining what do to, how to do it and most importantly to me- WHY you do it. They make it fun, and being surrounded by other normal people on your journey makes it so much easier! No gym-rats making you feel inferior, just other normal people encouraging each other to push to their next level of health and strength. Thanks to Crew Core, exercising is "my thing" now! ❤️
