The classes are always challenging! No two classes are the same and the variety of movements within the classes are well thought out! The instructors expertise and fitness knowledge is displayed in each class I attend. Phenomenal value! Inspired exercises! Great all body work out in a finite amount of time!

Great, challenging workout

Loved the layout, instructor and overall vibe. But could have been more intense/harder. Be cool to have a hard class in the schedule too for people to choose from that pushes you really hard outside your comfort zone
