I do it for no particular reason these days we have surveys of this nature coming out of our armpits. I buy an ice cream from the milk bar and they send me a survey. Thankfully I don't use public toilets.

My experience here has always been pleasant, from bookings/reception and physiotherapist. I feel my physio listens and considers other medical issues I've had and then gives a balanced approach to treatment which I feel is time achievable. I've also enjoyed the conversations during the appointments.
