• It was my first time ever having a personal trainer And we were about 10 minutes into our session and I was on one of the machines while my trainer was explaining to me what to do and how to do it And out of nowhere another employee came in. Didn't even look at me but went straight up to him and asked him if she would help charge her Apple earpods And in response, my trainer said to her that it would have to wait for 20 minutes until he was done with his session with me He maintained a professional demeanor and wasn't distracted by the flirtatious request by the young woman who was interrupting his training session Also he was a good listener and I felt like I was being challenged but not pushed too hard He was actually a very professional young man and I look forward to finishing my other nine sessions with him More than anything when I'm looking to get out of personal training is getting more motivated, normally I have a lot of self-discipline but I've had some medical issues that have taken my motivation and discipline away and so having a trainer I hope will help me get back into the swing of things and back into a routine. Routine in addition to the fact that wasn't just about working out for him. He talked a little bit about food and caloric intake and other things that are necessary and aligned with working out because working out in and of itself isn't going to really do anything if you're not having other healthy habits with it And I didn't feel pressured but I felt like he was really leading me in a positive direction that I was rec
