The office greeted me warmly and let me know about an ongoing promotion. My laser technician, Monique, was friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions about the laser and the process. She also took the time to educate me on the laser and address some specific concerns that I had. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and consistently checked on my level of discomfort both during and after the laser session. I was a bit nervous before the session but I really felt like I was in good hands.
