1) Professionalism. The procedure was not good for me. I was informed of that & what they could do to accommodate me. 2) The front desk sent me forms I didn't request in advance, that I needed. 3) The office manager informed me of other services that could work for issues I have, when I asked, and didn't overload me with info. Overall, very pleasant visit! 😊
