I chose to score VIVA a 10 for a multitude of reasons. The first of which is their knowledgeable staff. Melissa is so well versed in her craft and happily answers questions promptly. She was able to get me scheduled with Dr. Hijaz within a weeks time and at the end of the day which works great with my work schedule. Jen helped to ensure that i was comfortably numb for my procedure and otherwise distracted. She even helped me to make a more informed decision about my treatment. Thanks Jen! Dr. Hijaz is soo helpful and beyond patient. I'm always a bit nervous (not that I need to be) and his soft nature puts me at ease. His suggestions are truly on point with what I am looking for, and he has my complete confidence. I look forward to my next visit!
