  • Clear instructions. Self paced practice I.e. :- several options offered rather than just one way of moving or holding a pose. Warmth combined with knowledge from Chanthalah for me is a powerful motivator to keep my practice ongoing. The space feels like a home to me. Great demonstration offered and explanations as to why and how a slight variation may not be good for the body. The list is endless. The music. Consideration of all participants whether online or in the space is apparent. Very appreciative of the support, care and skill I receive every time I take a Core Yoga class. Xx Tess
