The instructors at Core are extremely knowledgeable and the classes always seems to fly by. They create a fun environment while making helpful corrections.
I love my workouts with Niki! Honestly, I had started out intending to come only for a few months to get in shape, but I can't stop. She has me addicted! I always get a great workout and appreciate her constant form prompts. I'm much stronger than when I started and feel great.
Beautiful studio great instructor and parking was easy. 4 people in the class and they were all so nice.
