I am very impressed with the entire staff at Core Pilates in Rowayton. They are extremely educated in Pilates giving them the ability to confidently guide clients properly and safely to a healthier, stronger body. The staff is very tuned in to each clients needs, which lends itself to personal attention in a group class. I feel great/healthier after each session. It's a warm, welcoming/friendly atmosphere!
Lorena is the most professional, precise and fun Pilates instructor I have seen. And I bounced around using Class Pass and had several just okay and not so great ones. I followed her from Rye to Rowayton!
