• I have been taking private sessions for quite a while now and my original instructor left and I was assigned a new instructor who was not very reliable, cancelling last minute several times. When I finally complained, ownership stepped up and took responsibility, gave me a new instructor who is FABULOUS! and also gave me some credits for additional sessions. They really took care of me and I really, really appreciate all they did and I absolutely love my new instructor Alyce!
