• Yesterday was my very first time doing Pilates Reformer. Despite being in a classroom setting, Jenny went out of her way to help me. I was really embarrassed, so it helped me to know she cared vs feeling I was an annoyance or burden. In reality, I still felt like a burden, but I really appreciated Jenny trying to make me feel otherwise. Because of her professionalism and kindness, I scheduled an introductory private session. I am very interested in learning more so I can feel more confident in a classroom setting and purchase the unlimited membership. The reason I mention this is because Jenny really was the deciding factor in me attempting Pilates Reformer again, and potentially becoming a regular member. Based on how I personally felt about myself, and if I didn't have a welcoming and good experience with her, then I never would have considered going back.
