• Every instructor is so knowledgeable and kind! I attend 6ams and they still make me want to come each day! Some of my very faves: Diesha-best new addition!!! Sammie-sad she's leaving :( Annie-though I curse her affinity for planks! Heather-she seems so quiet and sweet but kills you at the same time!Gigi-great variety Jackie H.-I just love her music and class-wish I could fit her into my regular routine! Seriously contemplating getting my nanny to come over for a random extra couple hours, just to attend more regularly Michelle-I've only taken her class once, because my schedule doesn't allow it, and it was one of my favorite classes ever! Tandi-took 101 with her (which I never take) and still loved it. Wasn't "beginner" in the workout, just hit all the things to make you understand.
