• The teacher, Diesha gave a class that was intense but not too much if that makes sense. I KNOW I had a great workout which is a bonus after a weekend of Birthday drinking and eating! She is great at paying attention and making sure to assist if needed. Her instructions are done so you can follow. I really love when I walk in and see she is the Teacher!

• Heather is always efficient in killing small muscle groups! She leads the class through a flowing myriad of moderate to difficult moves and her classes are never boring or too easy!!
