  • Core Pilates has changed my health for the better. At 78, over the year or more that I have taken Pilates classes, I have gained strength & muscle & lost 15 pounds. Dana and her teachers are excellent. I started with private sessions and now do group sessions. I have had 2 hip replacements and Pilates helped me tremendously with my recovery.

  • Dana was patient and thorough with my private lesson. She is well versed in Pilates and physical anatomy and musculature and able to explain how different exercises were helping strengthen me especially in regards to my specific weaknesses.
