• I have been working out for several years doing various activities but was looking for something new. I was delighted to discover Core Aspirations several months ago. It is not like any other activity that I've done. I absolutely love it! I particularly like the small classes which enables the instructors to help you one-on-one and Laura is an outstanding instructor!
