Nice small gym. More than enough gym equipment to meet my needs. My trainer is excellent. Rest of staff I've encountered are friendly and helpful. (this has no bearing on the gym itself, but the parking is quite limited and can be crowded especially during winter months and(or)when there's classes going on.)
