Honestly it was the most comprehensive and in-depth massage I have ever had. Sara's understanding of human anatomy and how muscles actually function distinguish her from the majority of massage therapists in the market. I was really struggling with flexibility in two major areas that she dedicated the session to and by the next morning with just one session I was able to reach things I haven't been able to in several years. I am absolutely looking forward to my next session with her.
