I just returned to commune after recovering from an ankle injury. It reminded me why I love it so much. I'm a mum of 2 young children and the moment I step in to the space I feel instantly relaxed, cared for and really proud to be apart of this gorgeous community doing beautiful things! Last nights yin and sound was unbelievable. Lauri was kind, gentle and caring... and Harrison's musical talent was incredible! At the end of the meditation we all sat up and at the end of our mats we all had a single flower... a gift from Lauri for sharing the evening with her! I could have cried! Commune makes it so easy to do something for YOU! I walked out feeling cared for, happy, relaxed and proud. Thank you team 🙏🏻 See you next week!
