• The front guy is very abrupt. He reminded me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. What happened with the advertised 'Custom color formulation". He said that the swatches were the only colors available. That makes no sense. Where is the customization in that? Then, the 30% service fee that includes the tip, but not for the one that watches the hair. I have not found any reference to this service fee.
