• The ladies are fantastic who work there but they are understaffed and there's a significant delay between the color application timer going off and the washout. No harm done but just a delay in the appointment time.

• I went in with grey roots over 2 inches long followed by color and highlights. Rowan matched my color and it is beautiful! My hair wasn’t dry afterwards as you use cleaner dyes. I received so many compliments. I’ll definitely be a regular!
