• Sierra was very open to my passing along of info re. my skin's tendency to stain very easily. I hate having to ask every stylist multiple times to scrub super hard along my hairline before rinsing, and during washing (b/c otherwise the dark stain remains). Most established stylists nod and say sure, but don't really take the approach I've learned works best on me in past 18 years of getting color retouched (they know better lol)...so most of time I leave with a color halo and have to go home and do it myself. Sierra is the 1st one In a very long time who got the job done. I had to stress a few different times for her to go over it again a little harder but she never made me feel like I was being ridiculous, Which meant the world because I hate having to do so! I came away very clean this time and I was so happy
