  • I've been a customer of Color Room and a client of Paulette for over 20 years. She takes her time with me. She knows what I like and yet feels free to tell me the truth about hair styles/trends/techniques, and what looks good on me. She's simply theeee best and I trust her skills. It's very obvious who she trains to shampoo and give scalp massages, because they're excellent!! Honestly, the shampoo and scalp massage is a vital part of the whole experience at Color Room. If it's not good and relaxing and thorough, I'm disappointed. Please make that a priority for the new girls.
