• It was Jessica's first time meeting me and she: - thoroughly read my notes. - didn't waste more time preparing another bowl of dye. - offered me wine. - made sure I didn't leave the salon dripping wet. - knew I had a problem with coverage at my last visit, so she used special lights and did an excellent job on my root touch up. - was careful with my hairline before she started dying my hair so I didn't have as much staining. I'm a reserved person so I felt there were too many personal questions, but I know she's just friendly and meant well. Either way she is an excellent hairdresser 😊
