The classes and instructors in all of the offerings are amazing! The studio has a wonderful energy. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Love this studio! A large offering of several different types of classes . Katie and her teachers are all very skilled and encouraging . The aerial yoga is a blast ! :-) A really great experience....
Taking aerial silks classes at Coil is so fun! They let you explore, be creative, try new things (in the higher levels). I love going to the studio every week. It is a beautiful and very relaxing.
I went to a Yin class in the evening and I felt challenged yet comfortable, the freedom to modify the moves to my body but also stay apart of the group. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kind, soft and caring. I loved it!!!

Katie Leute is an amazing owner and instructor. She caters to all ages and all levels! She makes everyone feel comfortable the moment you walk into the room. There is no better yoga studio in Spokane than Coil!!
