• Different experience Than most salons. Both hairdresser and assistants were super friendly! I appreciated that they explained everything that they were doing! If she wasn’t apply bleach all the way near the root, she explained to me why (hairdressers don’t usually do this and it usually makes me upset as I’m thinking they didn’t listen to what I wanted) but when they explain why they are doing what they’re doing. Also, hairdresser was always checking for experience! Other hairdressers usually only ask at the end which may be too late.. sometimes clients may be too shy to be vocal during the process so it’s very appreciated that she asked and explained everything. It was my first time at Blunt but I hope all your hairdressers are like this! It avoids the client leaving disappointed! Loved it, thanks!
