• Because the colourist took the time to rinse my part of my hair before finishing applying papers to my whole head. She knew if she left the bleach in to long it would damage my hair. I have never experienced someone actually take the time to do the job properly! The massage was fantastic! The girl who dried my hair was so sweet, very dedicated team. It felt friendly. I was intimidated at first because it feels like famous people would go to this salon, not regular people, but they made me feel very comfortable ! I was so anxious about doing my hair because it took 5 years to grow it out natural and long. To put color in my hair seemed scary, thanks to marie-ann she was amazing! I can't believe she's only 24 ! What a gem of an employee

• Love my hair with Erica and Chelsey. My daughter Isabella Alonso's hair is perfect with Jenna but Camiile was very rough and did not apply the toner well. Her hair and highlites are not even color . Many tones.
