The fact that I got coffee, the fact that Robin listened to my worries carefully and my last bad haircut, he was so sweet and helpful. My scalp massage was so needed. And then my result was beautiful! The staff knows what they're doing and the service is impeccable. And the spot! Such a cute, open space! Worth every penny
