• Great technique, efficient hair cut - welcome process was quick which was great but was simply sent to wait at bar with nothing to do, no beverage offered. Small tweak there could make clients feel more cared for at the start of the experience. That said, hairdresser came to meet me soon thereafter and she was very kind.
