• From booking my appointment m to the final result, everyone at the salon has been welcoming and attentive. I got my hair cut and styled by Vivianna and she's really talented. I'm glad I came!

• I passed by the salon to book my appointment, the employee said there weren't any availabilities while i could see 4 online. I mentioned that and yet she insisted I went out and booked my appointment online, without any toner service because that required a call and she made it clear there was no time. The next day during my appointment, Chaana was very welcoming, understood my needs and accommodated my wish. She even added the toner to my services (which took 15 more minutes). So the miscommunication between the team and the receptionist/online service should be better addressed
