• At first I was upset because I had not been told about the cancellation policy. It was a busy work day and I was an stress-ball, and then I had to move a bunch of last minute meetings as a result. I ended up coming in for the hair cut and it was really pleasant experience and I love my hair. I felt a lot better (less stressed) afterwards.
