• Great service especially from Massimo. I was extremely happy with my hair, the place, and the staff. My only recommendation is that the support staff ( the secretaries and the shampoo girls) could be more helpful at the beginning telling where to put my coat or offer coffee and where to sit when I am waiting for my appointment.
