• John was so nice and made exactly what I wanted! He was gentle and made a finish exactly like the little video I showed him. He asked me time to time questions to let me know he’s listening to my requests and updated me everytime he was doing something on my hair so I was relaxed and reassured of the process with no stress. That’s a 10 ! Listened, was kind and has really good talents
