I had all of these things done and many others about three years ago before we moved back to Greensboro North Carolina. I never had a facial a massage or anything done to my brows like they did at coastal massage. They were extremely courteous, very helpful on the phone and very easy to make appointments online. I can't wait to go back there hopefully tomorrow and get all the same things done and maybe more you'll never find another massage or spa facility that gives you the attention and much needed relaxation that you will get here. Visited this location now for a third time and each time was fantastic. Ashley was my technician and she was incredible.

The environment is clean, comfortable and soothing. As a note for the owners... Showers could use a bit of detailing on the rubber seals as there is tiny amounts of mold, that could simply be scrubbed/wiped off, otherwise, the facility is very clean.

First visit was a Moms Spa day (divine) and 2nd/3rd were a scrub and massage special which was $140. With a generous tip for stellar service, out the door at $180 each time. I've noticed that they no longer offer the combo special but you can purchase these separately/combine to create something very similar although it is a bit more expensive. Hoping they will bring the special back as it is a great deal even though each treatment is a bit shorter, but for someone on a budget yet willing to spend on something luxurious it was the perfect recipe.

Each time I left feeling incredibly relaxed for days. Additionally, the scrub treatment is incredible for your skin and left my skin amazingly soft.

Some scrubs, I know they use a hot towel removal, after the scrub each time I would go to the showers, which were clean - love that they have a digital thermometer control for when you rinse/shower off! Then, back to the table for the second part/massage. The combination of these two together was a wonderful experience.

Staff is very friendly, typically booking is very simple. You can use their online system or you can call in. I noticed that sometimes my tech is not listed in the available technicians online so often have to call to book... But it is still so simple. In general, I think prices are a tiny bit on the high side , but if all techs are as amazing as the one I had, then it is probably worth the expense!

Did not partake in the sauna/extra amenities... This is an extra $25 if you want to add it on

I had my first facial in my membership series and all I can say is wow! Liz was so so great. I could tell she knew what she was doing and genuinely loved her role. She was informative and had suggestions for every question. The spa is clean and calm. They offer fruited water in a serene atmosphere that is seriously unmatched. I am so happy I switched!
The room itself was no different. Calming sounds, incredibly clean, and quality you can see. From the products used to even the sheets and blankets, it is a five star experience.

My husband and I have come here twice now for their couples' massage services. When you walk in, the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They bring you into the waiting rooms which are filled with cozy chairs.

When the massage therapists bring you into the room, they have nice and calming music playing. They make you feel extremely comfortable and ask about areas where you'd like to focus the massage on. During the massage, you will feel so relaxed that the hour will literally fly by! All of the massage therapists we've experienced here so far have been so friendly and answered any questions or concerns that we had. They really do their best to make it a comfortable and relaxing experience for you.

We love splurging on experiences we can do as a couple. This is something we will continue to come back to as long as we're living in the area--it made for an amazing start to our weekend!

At the beginning of 2023, at 25 years old, I started to experience the worst acne of my life. I tried everything. All the products people were pushing. EVERYTHING made it worse. Doing NOTHING made it worse. My mom made me an appointment here for their acne facial with Joanna. She was so kind, engaging, and informative. I was worried the products would irritate my skin but after my facial I looked like a new person. She gave me a few small samples--one of which was the PCA skin hyaluronic acid serum--which I then came back to purchase due to their amazing quality. I have cleared the vast majority of my acne BECAUSE of her facial and product recommendations. I come back regularly for new products/ re-ups. I will definitely continue to get facials here. I am BLOWN AWAY by the service, care, quality, and vibe of this location. I have found a gem and would recommend this spot to everyone! They are VERY clear and helpful with pricing, inclusions, and availability. If you have any questions or concerns, they will take the time to work with you and make a plan. I have never received such impressive service. I could cry I am so thankful for them and my continued results!!

I purchased a gift card for my mother for a chemical peel however they do not offer the kind of peel that she needs and the owner Theresa is refusing to give me a refund.

The team is wonderful. They were able to accommodate a last-minute schedule change on a busy Saturday. I was greeted with a warm smile when I walked in. Nick was attentive, and my massage was awesome.

Overall an amazing experience from start to finish!! I got a facial done by Olivia and she was the best! Her presence was very calming and she checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was still comfortable. My skin looks so radiant and hydrated, I will definitely be coming back!
