• Good people operate and manage CF. Equipment is always clean, in good operating order and constantly being replaced with newer equipment. Clean inviting atmosphere Wonderful classes and instructors. Large assortment of diversified Personal Trainers. Great place to workout!

• Because I think the Managers are great and the Spin Instructors are fabulous. Janel and Tito are so encouraging and inspiring. I have witnessed Janel helping and encouraging people, even when she is "off the clock". Janel is 24/7 kind hearted and that makes people "tell others" about this great gym. Also, the new spin instructor David, is doing so awesome job (he spends lots of time on his music set list and everyone can tell; it's the bomb!). Honestly, I love all the instructors (every single one) and that's a great compliment to the managers. Ms. Sue, an aquatics instructor, is so good working with Seniors, Katia, Debra James and Rachel, go out of their way to support and care for each member. Katia and Rachel's training is top notch and so professional. Debra J. does such a great job keeping so many things organized and she shows such courteousness to everyone. There is also a fabulous child care program. I also appreciate the effort in keeping the facility so clean. Gym's are notoriously filthy, but not Coastal Fitness. It's clean and that is more important than most gym owners know. If it's not clean, people will leave. Seriously, a fantastic gym!! Highly recommend!! Coastal Fitness is the Best!!!!!

• Great Spin class instructors, they will really give you a workout. Also, my first time using a personal trainer and Kathia has made the experience worth every penny. She is very encouraging and really knows her stuff. The staff and members are all very friendly, its been a really welcoming atmosphere right from day one.
