• I find the employees very friendly and helpful and the instructors very good and fun to work with. If you have a question they are more than ready to answer without prejudice. I am 79 and a first time gym member. I have alot to learn and appreciate all of the patience of everyone! I am having a great time and meeting so many people that are willing to offer any advice they have and tons of encouragement from all. I hope I can continue to get in better shape and meet more people who,like me, just want a good quality of life.😁
