• Your staff is friendly, your gym is clean, I love your exercise classes. And it's only 5 minutes from my house. Plus through silver sneakers it is free otherwise I would not have been able to afford a gym membership.

• The instructors are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The equipment is usually in good shape and clean. I like the variety of classes and times, especially 6:30 during the week.
