Tarrah was fantastic. there were two really great things: 1. she told me beforehand everything to expect and checked to make sure none of those things would be uncomfortable for me 2. she was helpful in her explanations and i feel i learned a lot also: i am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. i explained how it's easiest for me to see someone's face when they need to speak, and she made sure to take the time to be where i can see her when she needed to say something. i really appreciated that
