• I've been happy in the past with your staff and the job they do. I've become complacent over the years knowing that you do a good job and didn't check their work. Later yesterday, I checked and noticed that the window tracks on the patio were still fairly dirty. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning them up. Just an FYI.
